In order to help better prepare toddlers for preschool, the Pickaway County Board of Developmental Disabilities has started community-based play groups throughout the county. Designed for children with or without developmental delays, the play groups allow children to play and learn from one another. “It’s like a preschool in one hour,” said Tiffany Crosby, early intervention assistant.
