Registration is now open for the OACB 35th Annual Convention! Over the past five years, county boards have navigated one of the most significant periods of change in their history. During this time, one question has come up again and again: "What will the county board of the future look like?"
During the 35th Annual Convention from November 28 to 30, OACB will challenge board professionals to begin answering this question in a structured, meaningful way. What will change? What will stay the same? And how can boards guide the system to change for the better? Join us for this critical discussion at the Annual Convention!

Reduced Room Rate: The Hilton is fully booked for the dates of the Convention. If you have booked a room at the reduced event rate and need to cancel your reservation, please call Ann Neu at (614) 431-0616 so the discounted room can be offered to other attendees.
Alternate Hotel: OACB has reserved a second block of rooms at the nearby Springhill Suites (1 mile from the Hilton) at a reduced rate of $139 per night plus tax. If you have booked a room at the reduced event rate and need to cancel your reservation, please call Ann Neu at (614) 431-0616. We will ensure that the room you no longer need will be made available to other attendees at the lower conference rate.
Event Vendor Tables and Program Ads
Vendor tables and program ads will once again be offered at the Annual Convention. Pricing is below. Vendor table registration will be opened in October.
Program ads can be reserved now. If you know your organization would like to reserve space in the program, please email Erich Hiner (email@example.com) with your requested ad size. All ad artwork must be provided to OACB by November 2, 2018, to be included in the program. OACB reserves the right to request changes to or refuse any ad.

Program Ad Dimensions and Pricing
Art & Product Day
On Thursday, November 29, craftspeople and artists with developmental disabilities will display their wares side by side with other organizations in the Vendor Hall as part of the 2nd annual Art & Product Day.
Registration is free for vendors with developmental disabilities and for organizations whose sale of art/products made by people with developmental disabilities directly benefits the artists or craftspeople. Additional vendor days may be reserved at the standard day rate.
