The Northeast Ohio Regional Employment Network (NEOREN) will hold the inaugural Employ-Ability Summit on November 5, 2015. This event is designed to connect members of the Northeast Ohio business community to the untapped workforce of people with developmental disabilities. Lunch will be provided. Attendees of this free event will receive:
- Access to quality potential employees who are skilled, motivated, and reliable.
- Opportunities to network and build relationships with other local businesses and community partners in Northeast Ohio.
- Knowledge of the advantages and incentives of hiring people with developmental disabilities.
As part of this year's inaugural event, the Northeast Ohio Regional Employment Network will present the first Employer Excellence Awards to local and regional businesses that have helped expand quality community employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. This year's award recipients include:

- Coney Island Hotdogs
