OACB 40th Annual Convention: 
Guest Registration
 
This form is designed to give people with developmental disabilities a quick and easy way to register for the OACB 40th Annual Convention, which will take place November 29- December 1 in Columbus. Fill in the fields below and the registration will be processed as usual. There is no charge for guests to attend the Annual Convention, so no billing information is required.

Please note this form is meant solely for use by guests and people with developmental disabilities, or those acting directly on their behalf. DD service professionals, providers, and speakers must complete their registration via MemberConnect as with all OACB events.

All registrations must be received by Friday, November 17, 2023. At that time, this form will close and new registrations will not be accepted.
