Tyler Davis
Fiscal Sustainability Advisor
Tyler Davis is the Fiscal Sustainability Advisor at OACB, where he provides consultation to support the financial sustainability of county boards of developmental disabilities and the programs and services they operate.
Tyler joined OACB in January 2026 and brings experience in both public service and private sector finance. He previously served as Business Manager for the Shelby and Champaign County Boards of Developmental Disabilities and worked as an Assistant Auditor with the Ohio Auditor of State’s Office. He has also provided financial consulting for private businesses.
His areas of expertise include financial forecasting, grant compliance, operational efficiency, and cost reporting. Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bluffton University and a Master of Accountancy from Wright State University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Tyler is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and is committed to helping ensure individuals in his community have opportunities and choices. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, golfing, and camping.
