Lana Beddoes is OACB’s Member Services and Operations Coordinator, where she supports member engagement, organizational operations, and a variety of administrative processes. In this role, she helps ensure the association’s day-to-day operations run smoothly while providing responsive, high-quality service to OACB members.
Lana joined OACB in February 2006 after previously working on the Benefits Integrity Team for a large health insurance company. She began her career with the association as a part-time employee and quickly developed a strong appreciation for the mission of Ohio’s county boards of developmental disabilities and the people and families they serve.
Her work focuses on member services and stakeholder engagement, association operations and administrative coordination, and human resources operations, including onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and staff support.
Lana is motivated by contributing to a mission-driven organization that supports people with developmental disabilities while strengthening the internal operations that help staff and members succeed. She values being part of work that improves lives and supports the systems and people who make that impact possible.
Outside of work, Lana enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two adult children, and keeping up with their energetic Labrador, who happily keeps everyone on their toes.
