Allison Frazier serves as a trustee, representing the North East Region.
Allison brings more than 15 years of experience in behavior analysis, with work spanning hospitals, schools, and outpatient clinics. Her background includes therapy across the lifespan, school consultation, parent and teacher training, and clinical supervision. She previously directed the Cleveland Clinic’s Autism Center Outreach and summer program, later serving as a special education school administrator where she founded a nationally recognized camp for children and teens with behavior and learning differences. She also founded a multidisciplinary behavioral health agency and co-founded AI Measures, an assessment platform focused on neurobehavioral development.
Her advocacy centers on equitable access to individualized, data-informed supports that promote quality of life, independence, inclusive community participation, and strong families.
Allison serves as a trustee to help ensure the system remains person-centered, effective, and accountable. Her commitment is also personal: without the support of the Cuyahoga DD, her son would lose essential services that allow him to live, learn, and grow in his community. She is dedicated to protecting and strengthening those partnerships for families across Ohio.
