Dr. Jason Jolley

President (Athens DD)

Jason Jolley, Ph.D., serves as President of the OACB Board of Trustees and is a dedicated advocate for people with developmental disabilities. He also serves on the Athens County Board of Developmental Disabilities and is the parent of children supported through Athens DD, bringing both professional expertise and personal perspective to his leadership.

Dr. Jolley is Interim Associate Vice President for Research and Creative Activity at Ohio University, where he coordinates economic development efforts across the university. He is also a Professor of Rural Economic Development and Director of the Master of Public Administration program at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service, and leads the Center for Economic Development and Community Resilience.

With extensive experience in research and public policy, Dr. Jolley has led and secured millions in federal and state funding to support economic and community development initiatives. He remains actively engaged in service at the state and national levels, advancing partnerships that strengthen communities and support people with developmental disabilities across Ohio.
