Tonya Clark, Region 2 Superintendent Representative for OACB, has dedicated 23 years to the developmental disabilities system with Darke DD. She served as Business Services Director for 19 years before being named Superintendent in 2022. Throughout her career, she has worked to strengthen services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

As a county board leader, Tonya believes it is essential to be engaged at the state level to better understand and help shape Ohio’s unique DD system. She is committed to preserving and strengthening critical supports as the system continues to evolve. Now in her third year as an OACB Trustee, she brings both administrative expertise and a passion for service to her role.

Tonya and her husband, Jim, have two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys decorating, crafting, and camping with friends.
