Hotel Information

This year's convention will once again take place at the Hilton Columbus at Easton Town Center, where a limited block of reduced rate rooms will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis for OACB guests.  The room reservation block will be announced when the hotel is ready to accept county board reservations.  Check back soon for more information!

Board Member of a County Board
  o One Day Only $105
  o Two Days: $200
  o Three Days: $295
County Boards, Affiliate Member and COG Staff
  o One Day Only: $185
  o Two Days: $295
  o Three Days: $365

General Registration (Not a member of a County Board or COG)
  o One Day Only: $245
  o Two Days: $405
  o Three Days: $505

Online registration through MemberConnect, OACB's member services portal, is the only way you will be able to register for this event. Once all space is full or the registration deadline has passed, registration will close and MemberConnect registration forms will no longer operate. Vendor Table and Program Ads
Vendor tables and program advertisements will be offered at the Annual Convention.  Please review the pricing structure below and click on the link to complete a reservation form.
Vendor Tables
  • 1 Day - $400
  • 2 Day - $650 
  • 3 Days - $850    
Program Ads
  • 1/3 page vertical (2.375" x 9.125"): $150
  • 1/4 page (3.125" x 4.5"): $175
  • 1/2 page horizontal (7.5" x 4.5"): $250
  • Full page (8.5" x 11"): $500
