This three-hour training will focus on writing outcome statements and action steps that support the new adult day, vocational habilitation and community employment services rules set to go into effect on April 1, 2017.

 

Attendees will learn how to write meaningful and concise outcome statements, develop steps for implementation, and create strategies to structure community services that achieve those outcomes. This session is designed for county board SSA and provider agency. Questions about the content of the training can be directed to Scott Marks at smarks@oacbdd.org.

 

NOTE: Due to space constraints, event attendance will be limited to 60 people. This training will be repeated in February in another part of the state. Details will be shared about the second training at a later date.
