Metzenbaum Center boosters holding Quilt and Craft Auction

The Friends and Family of the Metzenbaum Center will host the 35th annual Quilt and Craft Auction from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 4, at the Metzenbaum Center, 8200 Cedar Road in Chester Township.

All proceeds benefit the individuals served by the Geauga County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Items in the silent auction will include handmade wreaths, chests, Amish rockers, hand crafted toys, items from local businesses and over 25 handmade quilts. There will also be a “holiday shop,” a cash and carry gift shop for people who would prefer not to participate in the auction

A pancake breakfast also will be served 8 to 10 a.m., and a hot lunch, refreshments and Amish baked goods will be available.
