Blanchard Valley Center, the Hancock County Board of Developmental Disabilities, will be donating tie blankets and activity packets during a week of service, being observed today through Friday.
Volunteers from the Aktion Club will donate blankets they made to City Mission and Hope House on Tuesday as part of “Always There,” a yearlong campaign to recognize the 50th anniversary of Ohio’s County Boards of Developmental Disabilities.
Volunteers will also donate activity packets for children to urgent care facilities, Blanchard Valley Regional Health System, and The Family Center on Wednesday as a way of giving back to the community and thanking the agencies for their ongoing support.
