A community egg hunt for children with disabilities is being planned in Warren County.

The Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities will host the event at 2 p.m. April 9 at the Miracle League Field, 1605 S. Main St., Springboro.

The Miracle League Field can accommodate wheelchairs and walkers.

The event is open to children ages 18 and younger who have developmental disabilities. Siblings are also welcome to participate.

There will be 1,500 eggs filled with toys and prize tickets, and minimal candy, according to organizers.

The Easter Bunny will make a special appearance to pose for photos and hand out prizes.

Children should bring a basket and camera to this free event.
