Member DirectoryMember Directory

The Member Directory is a searchable, members-only contact database that contains the phone numbers, email addresses, and profile photo for thousands of board members and staff at Ohio's county boards of developmental disabilities. Members can search for their colleagues by county, by organization (for non-board contacts), and by name – and download individual contact information in the form of an electronic address book contact file (vCard).

In addition, since OACB has fully integrated its event registration into MemberConnect, chances are – if a member has attended an OACB event in the past two years – their complete contact information is listed within the Member Directory. Members with questions about the Member Directory should feel free to contact Lana Beddoes (lbeddoes@oacbdd.org) for more information.

Document Center

The Document Center is an online storage center where OACB members can download important information – such as policy documents, conference presentations, and other important materials – from any internet-connected computer.  In addition to materials prepared by OACB and/or distributed at OACB events, members can request the inclusion of documents that they believe would be useful to their colleagues.  Documents are sorted into tabs by general topic area, which are further sorted by date (year). Members with questions about the Document Center should feel free to contact Adam Herman (aherman@oacbdd.org) for more information.

Events ManagerMemberConnect Events Manager

Attending an OACB event has never been easier thanks to the MemberConnect Events Manager.  By integrating members' contact information directly into a one-stop event registration, check-in, and Continuing Professional Development Unit (CPDU) interface, members can manage their ongoing training needs with the click of a button.

In addition, OACB is now maintaining MemberConnect CPDU records in perpetuity, and is planning to develop a user CPDU management portal to allow members to monitor their ongoing training and professional development progress with an easy to use interface in 2018. Members with questions about the Events Manager should feel free to contact Erich Hiner (ehiner@oacbdd.org) for more information.
