Summary of Duties: 

The Service and Support Administrator determines eligibility of individuals with developmental disabilities for county board services. They coordinate a person-centered discovery process to identify needs that best support the individual while promoting the individual's rights, self-determination, physical, emotional, material well-being, personal development, interpersonal relationships, and community inclusion.  They plan, review, and revise the ISP using person-centered resources.  Transitioning children into adulthood and assisting with finding options for employment in the community is a significant piece of this role.


Must hold a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree preferably in special education or other related social service area of study. Budget management, customer service, facilitating, negotiating and conflict management experience preferred.  Must be able to pass a drug test and have a criminal background and abuser registry check.


This is a full time position.  Eligible for vacation, sick leave, and personal leave per agency contract.
